Lincare expects to release its annual and quarterly financial results on the following dates (all releases after 4:00PM on the dates indicated):

2009 Q1 Results:	April 20, 2009
2009 Q2 Results:	July 20, 2009
2009 Q3 Results:	October 19, 2009
2009 Q4 and Annual Results:	February 8, 2010

Please note that Lincare does not hold scheduled conference calls to discuss its earnings releases.

Annual Meeting
Lincare's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held in Clearwater, Florida, on May 11, 2009. Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2009, will be entitled to vote the shares held on that date at the Annual Meeting.
