Lincare expects to release its annual and quarterly financial results on the following dates (all releases after 4:00PM on the dates indicated):

2008 Q1 Results:	April 21, 2008
2008 Q2 Results:	July 21, 2008
2008 Q3 Results:	October 20, 2008
2008 Q4 and Annual Results:	February 9, 2009

Please note that Lincare does not hold scheduled conference calls to discuss its earnings releases.

Annual Meeting
Lincare's Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held in Clearwater, Florida, on May 12, 2008. Stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2008, will be entitled to vote the shares held on that date at the Annual Meeting.
